1. What kind of products do you sell?

Easy Shop Grocery offer a wide range of multi-ethnic groceries and general goods, including African, Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and international staples, snacks, spices, and household essentials.

2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery inside Milton Keynes so you can shop from the comfort of your home. 

Orders above £5: Free Delivery

Orders below £5: £2.49 per delivery

The above info doesn't apply during promotional periods or special discounts.

3. How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within our delivery zones.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the item is not in a usable state when it is delivered (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect items). Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or faulty product.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damage caused by the customer after delivery.

5. Do you sell wholesale or bulk quantities?
